Kurimanka was born from a passion for Ecuadorian cuisine and the desire to share its richness with our community. Inspired by family traditions and regional flavors, we bring together the essence of the Coast, the Andes, and the Amazon in every dish we serve.
Our kitchen blends ancestral recipes with a refined, modern approach—using fresh ingredients, thoughtful techniques, and a deep respect for Ecuador’s culinary heritage.
Today, Kurimanka is a welcoming place to gather, celebrate, and connect through food. A space where shared plates, warm hospitality, and unforgettable flavors come together to create meaningful dining experiences..

We grew to become the favorite place for coffee lovers of all age groups wanting to spend some quality time while sipping on the coffee we serve.

Today, we continue serving the best coffee in town and have built a deeper coffee relationship with the people of Brooklyn and around.
